did stop in on previous journey - they do have a beer garden and at present allow smoking throughout... which is nice if you like that sort of thing...

next time your walking along the city wall in York you might like to stop in for a larger and a chat....

On a boat

This weekend just gone saw the revisiting of an old friend and a boat ride through the canals. Not that I get out much these days... but meeting a large Russian snow dog and a guy who loves Audio Slave were some of the more down to earth moments... golden cocks (the foul kind) and an Australian doctor saw out the last few hours... that and the requisite gift to the next one in line....
